Terms and Conditions of Track Use
- Use of this track is ENTIRELY AT OWNERS RISK
- Payment allows vehicular use of track between the road and small car park (at top of concrete section) just before the Wansdyke ONLY
- A payment covers 1 vehicle only. Additional vehicles must pay separately even if part of the same group
- Each payment covers one trip up and down ONLY. Separate payments must be made for additional trips
- We reserve the right ask people to remove themselves and vehicles from the private land without prior notice
- Inappropriate language and/or behaviour towards other users will not be tolerated
- We reserve the right ban people and their vehicles from the private land without prior notice
- Any vehicles found to be using the track without payment will be subject to a £50 fine
- Tractors, Horses and other farm vehicles take priority
- Any vehicle found to be blocking access to fields or equipment will be remove at owners liability and expense
- Any Rubbish and Trash should be taken away from the site with you
- NO OVERNIGHT PARKING / CAMPING
- Access is permitted between the hours of 6am and 9pm ONLY
- No access is granted to other areas of the farm - Please ensure you stick to the rights of way
- You agree to your information being held by Bryan Read Ltd and its use in purchase records and verifying track payments by any of its employees
